Domestic Shipping

We would love to ship to you wherever you are in the U.S.!  Every day we offer FREE standard shipping! We will confirm your order has shipped via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Need your package sooner? Choose the expedited shipping option at the checkout. We will send you an email with order tracking once your package has shipped to you!

 

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide, but the shipping prices and tax will vary for each country. Please choose your place of origin at the checkout and we will calculate the shipping and tax. We offer both standard shipping and expedited shipping.

 

How to Return 

We would be happy to take back your unworn tagged merchandise if you return it in its original condition and notify us within 7 days after the delivery date and when the package has been received . We will credit your purchase back to your original method of payment when we receive the item. Shipping will be deducted when the payment is returned to your card. International and expedited shipping rates are specified at your checkout and the shipping will not be refunded back to your card in the event of a return. The only items that are non-refundable are sale items that are discounted on the website and custom (create your own) options. We do not provide shipping labels for exchanged or returned items. ***HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY: A gift recipient can notify us by 01/15/24 in the event they want to exchange their unworn gift for another product on our website, different size/color of the same item or a store credit. This only applies to ruespari products purchased on our website.***

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. We want you to really love our products as much as we do. In the rare event that an item is damaged or the order you received isn't correct, please contact us immediately. We will do whatever we can to quickly resolve the matter.

Exchanges  

You can exchange your unworn tagged merchandise if you notify us within 7 days after the delivery date when the item was received. Perhaps the size is not right or the color is not what you expected. In any case, we would be happy to exchange the item for another beautiful product from our site. Just let us know via email and we will be happy to assist you. We do not provide return labels for shipping. **Holiday Exchange Policy: Any purchase made as a gift on or after 11/15/21 can be exchanged for a different Ruespari item or size if you notify us via email by 01/15/22. The merchandise must be unworn and the clothing tag must still be attached**
